How to Request Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their account and associated data by emailing hey@wedvault.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
What Happens Next
We will delete all data associated with your account within 30 days of receiving your request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your account information and profile data
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Wedding and booking information
- Communication history
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Data Retention for Legal Purposes
Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law, such as:
- Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (up to 7 years)
- Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
- Data required to comply with legal obligations
